Return and Exchange

We're delighted to support returns and exchanges should you find any defects in your product. Here's how it works.

 

01 UNBOXING VIDEO

Upon receiving your package, please record an unboxing video and send it to swingswishswoosh.club@gmail.com. This is required to process any exchange request.


02 SUBMIT WITHIN 3 DAYS

Complete the exchange form within 3 days of delivery. Ensure items are clean and properly repackaged before sending back.

 

03 SHIP IT BACK

Arrange delivery back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are on the customer's end.


04 WE SEND THE NEW ONE

Once we receive and assess the item, a replacement will be dispatched to your address .



NOTES


If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer an exchange for another product or color, or store credits equivalent to the item's value.

Exchanges are only applicable for defects on our end. We're unable to process returns for damage caused by the customer.
